Session Policies

All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. If you are no more than 15 minutes late to a session, Majona will do her best to maximize the remaining time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.

If the session is not what you expected, or if you feel the session is not working for you please let us know within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled time for a full refund. After sessions have been completed, Majona/Majona Dawn is unable to offer a refund.

Event, Class, Workshop, and Retreat Policy

All Majona / Majona Dawn events, classes, workshops, and retreats are intended for adult audiences unless otherwise specified. All audience members/participants must be 18 years or older. Often adult subjects/content and deep emotional work are included which are not suitable for a younger audience. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Right of Refusal Policy

All services will be conducted solely upon the discretion of Majona. Majona maintains the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual at any time for any reason. Requests for her services under false pretense will be deemed null and void (this includes media representatives, researchers, or others who do not fully disclose their affiliations or intentions.)

Refunds & Cancellations

Please e-mail admin@MajonaDawn.com should you have a customer service request. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We understand life happens and rescheduling is sometimes necessary. Private sessions may be rescheduled one time per session with a minimum of a 24-hour notice.
